  • Deposit Amount Required:A deposit is required if the entire inn is reserved by one party. A 50% deposit is due two months before the reserved stay starts.

Cancellations

We maintain a two-week cancellation policy (two-weeks from the start of your reserved stay). Cancellations within the two weeks are subject to a 50 percent charge of the total reservation or one-night stay (whichever is greater). If we are able to re-book the room, the cancellation fee can be credited to a future stay. No shows without notice are subject to full charges. Liability for cancellations within the two-week cancellation period due to illness, personal hardship, weather obstructions, etc. may be limited to a $25 compassionate fee.

  • Two night minimum stay required on all holidays and weekends (April - October).  However, if rooms are available for the approaching weekend, we will take one night reservations.  There is a $20/night surcharge for one-night weekend stays during the months of April through October.
